Object Info

AKA Omega Centauri. Magnitude 3.9 and 40' diam. Widely accepted as the best globular in the sky.
But, modern observations are casting doubt on the status of this cluster as a globular,
it could actually be the remains of a dwarf galaxy, with possibly a black hole at it's centre!
